You must report this to the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number.
- Please advise the Police that there is CCTV on the development. Once an incident has been reported please provide the details to Crabtree, and we will arrange for the footage to be downloaded and dropped of by the guards to the local police station.
- Please use the Site Plan to identify exact locations.
- Please note the footage in question will not be provided to the residents but will be made available for the Police to assist with their enquiry.
A security guard patrols the site at various times during the evening. They are fitted with a body camera to provide additional security for the development and its residents.
We are currently using an app called Smart Tasks, whereby the security guards tap their phones at strategic places across the development during two pre-arranged site patrols. Every building is patrolled during these visits.
You can fill in and send an anti-social behaviour incident report to Barnet Council.
