Bin Collections
Dear residents,
Please note the below refuse collection dates as follows:
- Refuse is collected on a FRIDAY Weekly
- Recycling is collected on FRIDAY Weekly
Kindly note any resident found disposing of bulk waste in the bin stores will be held responsible and issued a breach of the lease, including the leaseholder incurring the removel cost via the service charge.
Refuse Bins
For assistance concerning disposing of bulk waste, please contact wheel washers at the below email address. However, please note the agreement between wheel washers and residents does not bear any responsibility on Crabtree.

Any items left in the bin store to be collected by wheel washers must be labelled with the date of collection, and the apartment number and block name, to ensure no further action is taken by Crabtree.
kindly ensure all boxes are broken down before being placed in the correct bins provided by Crabtree.
Lastly please note no items are to be left on the floor at all times, any residents found leaving items on the floor will receive a breach of lease notice, including the leaseholder incurring a £50 administration fee.
Recycling Bins
All tins, cardboard, paper and most plastics can be recycled, but please remember to wash them out first.
The recycling is collected weekly by Barnet Council and will cause an unpleasant smell if not properly washed.
Any glass should be taken to a local recycling centre listed below. Please do not put glass in the recycling bins as it will result in a missed collection.

Please note British Heart Foundation will provide collection bags for all unwanted or unused clothes to be aid with rasing funds for breast cancer at no cost.
Kindly ensure all bags are left in the bin stores to one side, which the British Heart Foundation will collect weekly.
