Yes, all secured parking areas are enforced and leaseholders have a permit for their allocated bay which must be clearly displayed or you will receive a PCN.
You can opt-out of the parking scheme for your allocated bay in the secured parking area, we would strongly recommend against this as the parking enforcement is in operation for your benefit to restrict unauthorised parking in the secured parking areas.
Visitor cards can be used in the PF bays on a first come first served basis. You will need to scratch off the day on the visitor card and display on your dashboard. Visitor card are valid for a year and are delivered prior to the start of the year which is 1st April.
The visitor card year runs from the 1st April – 31st March.
Visitor cards cost £100.00 for a replacement and can be obtained by UK-Car Park Management Limited. The cost for replacement visitor cards are set at £100.00 to deter misuse of the system.
Please note that according to the Terms and Conditions of the Lease, NO commercial vehicles or untaxed/unroadworthy vehicles are to be parked on site at any time. Should commercial vehicles or untaxed vehicles be found on site, they will be issued a ticket, even if permits are displayed, or in extreme cases removed from site.
