Gardening on site is carried out 5 days a week.
You have two full-time gardeners who are employed directly by CHMCL.
Cleaning or communal areas is carried out 5 days a week with a company called Dayco Maintenance.
A signing-in sheet is displayed in the communal areas which is signed weekly. For a copy of the cleaning schedule, please contact Crabtree.
Refuse & Recycling Bin Cleaning
Each bins stores wheelie bins are cleaned Quarterly – April – July – Oct – Jan
They are on contract with a company called Wheelie Washers.
Two Security Guards work on a 4-day shift pattern between the hours of 6pm-6am – 7 days a week.
There are 91 CCTV cameras in various locations around the development which record 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The footage is stored for 2 – 4 weeks depending on the location of the cameras
The CCTV will be used to identify the following:
- Criminal activity (upon the Police request).
- Vandalism/damages of the Estate.
- Fly tipping and improper disposal of all refuse.
- Suspicious activity and anti-social behaviour such as suspected drugs dealing, rough sleepers, scavengers etc.
Have you been a victim or witnessed a crime?
If there has been an incident on the development you must report this immediately to the police and obtain a crime reference number.
Water and Heating
E.On – Heat Team – 0345 302 4312
For Hot Water and heating Issues inside the flat. This is not a building related issue, Crabtree are only responsible for the cold-water supply.
Cold Water Booster Pumps:
Service and maintenance is carried out twice yearly.
Lifts Maintained 4 times a year. On contract with Schindler.
Front Communal Doors:
These are serviced 3 times a year to ensure that the doors are secure.
Feb, Jun & Oct.
Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Doors, Emergency Lighting & Automatic Opening Vents are all maintained to fire safety standards.
