- If you have a SKY engineer attending that needs access to the communal satellite dish, please let us know 2 working days beforehand so we can have the communal cupboard unlocked for them.
- If CCTV footage is required, we will need to be provided with the crime reference number, date, time and location of incident (i.e. Bike Theft, Vandalism, Criminal Activity). You must always report the incident to the police. We are unable to provide footage unless a one-hour time period is provided. The disk will then be taken to the police station by the site staff.
- The Cleaning is carried out once a week inside all buildings.
- Water and electrical meters for flats are located on the same floor in the riser cupboards. An FB2 key is required for access which can be purchased online or at any locksmiths or branch of Timpson.
- 6pm until 6am we have a security guard patrolling the development- if you need to reach out to contact them, please call Adiuvo and the out of hours team will make the guard aware.
